Alfred M. Ramirez has been arrested on charges for illegally selling a counterfeit Viagra and two other counterfeit drugs.

A federal indictment in North Carolina alleges that he and two colleagues, who allegedly sold counterfeit drugs to the federal investigation and seizure agency, had knowledge of and obtained drugs from the drug dealers in Mexico, from a different source.

The indictment alleges that “ Ramirez was allegedly involved in the distribution of counterfeit drugs which was alleged to be the source of the counterfeit drugs sold to federal agents.”

Menaar and his associates allegedly sold the counterfeit drugs to federal agents from a different source.

The indictment alleges that the undercover agents purchased four counterfeit Viagra and two other drugs.

The indictment alleges that “ Ramirez was arrested on federal charges of the sale of counterfeit drugs.”

Menaar admitted to selling the counterfeit drugs from a different source.

Menaar faces a maximum sentence of six years in prison for federal charges of the sale and possession of counterfeit drugs.

The U. S. Attorney’s Office said in a statement that “Menaar and his associates” may be charged under the federal scheme of trafficking drugs and the conspiracy to traffic in drugs.

The charges will be filed within 45 days after the information is unsealed.

In June, the U. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia began the investigation of a large-scale drug-trafficking conspiracy to traffic in counterfeit drugs.

The investigation was led by Homeland Security Investigations, the Office of Criminal Investigations, and the U. Postal Inspection Service. The indictment charges that a federal indictment was filed on August 17, 2017, in Virginia that alleged that Ramirez and his associates sold counterfeit drugs from a source in Mexico.

Menaar faces a maximum sentence of six years in prison for the sale and possession of counterfeit drugs.

A U. Attorney’s Office investigation was conducted into the case on October 7, 2017.

The investigation was led by Homeland Security Investigations, the Office of Criminal Investigations, the U. Postal Inspection Service, and the U. Department of Justice.
